Rose Flower Bouquet Class

Create a Beautiful Flower Spray for your next cake.  We will be using sugar paste (aka gum paste) to create beautiful roses, filler flowers and leaves. We will also learn how to 'dust and steam' the spray.

All supplies are included.
Class fee $25.00.
Class is 2 1/2 hours.
Bring a box to transport home your finished bouquet.

Pineapple flavored cake with Color Flow Decoration

The top of the cake is a "Color Flow Plaque". This is an icing made from water, powdered sugar and "color flow" (an egg white powder). The sugar plaque is set on top of the cake.What a great decoration!  Below are pictures of the color flow butterflies made by my students:
